The project will consist of five buildings, one of which will be dedicated to services and the other four will be made up of spacious and generous studio and one-bedroom apartments that are fully furnished and equipped. Within this expansive haven, you’ll discover two distinctive themed restaurants, Sellva, and Roots, along with a bar named “Fera”, all surrounded by an amazing water mirror. Enhancing the natural allure, a reflective water feature, adult and children’s pools, and a sports village with paddle, tennis, basketball, and football courts will complement the experience.
