TasteAtlas has released their World’s Best Dish rankings for 2022 and Portugal has four included in the top 100.
The best showing from Portugal is clams à Bulhão Pato, which ranked third among the best in the world, based on more than 100,000 reviews on the website itself.
Just a little further down the table we see Carne de porco á Alentejo in 25th position, followed by chicken piri-piri in 34th place and Bairrada suckling pig in 89th position.
The 2022 top of TasteAtlas is led by the Japanese kare, a kind of curry. In second place is picanha from Brazil.
